We work to display our jewellery as accurately as possible, but colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen. Minor variations are inherent to handcrafted sterling silver pieces and are not considered defects.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers, or that contain incomplete or inaccurate information. Where an order is cancelled after payment, the full amount is refunded.

5. Accuracy of information

Occasionally there may be information on our site containing typographical errors or inaccuracies. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

6. Duties & import taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

All content on this site — including images, product photography, text, logos and design — is the property of RIVH LTD and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without our written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RIVH LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any product purchased through it. Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
